Simply Remedial’s Terms & conditions of sale

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You have the right to a replacement, exchange or refund of your
purchase within 30 days of sale for faulty items. As per consumer law
we do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind or have
found the product cheaper elsewhere.

If your shoes are faulty:

VIVOBAREFOOT stock is covered by a 6 month sustainable guarantee.

VIVOBAREFOOT aims to provide you with the highest standard of quality.  If you new shoes have a defect or fault please alert us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue within the guaranteed period.

Photos need to be taken of the shoes, the fault, the soles and the batch number on the label inside.  In some cases the shoes will need to be returned.  The cost of return postage will be reimbursed to you from Simply Remedial.

It isn’t always possible to provide an identical replacement, but we will do our best to ensure your replacement pair is fit for purpose.

On any second hand items any wear and tear will be shown to you prior to sale, refunds will only be issued on faults taking into account the age and condition of the product at time of purchase. Second hand VIVOBAREFOOT shoes are exempt from the VIVOBAREFOOT guarantee and as stated above we do not have to provide a refund for a change of mind.

In the case of MyoPro Pain Relief balm, we recommend a patch test
before use and it is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
